Michael is the ideal realtor. He is low pressure, but highly knowledgeable. He was always advocating for us, whether it be negotiating on price or trying to contain our renovation budget. Most of all, he has tons of experience as an investor, so he is there for all the ancillary items and recommendations. This was huge for us as we just moved to the area and had no idea who to trust. We never felt like Michael was too busy to help out and genuinely enjoyed every interaction we had with him.

Michael stands in a league of his own. We were interested in a home in which the sellers wanted to maintain oil, gas, and mineral rights. Although this is an uncommon situation, Michael worked his magic.
